Accessibility

Hizirlab is run by HiZir LLC. We want every dental lab to be able to use this site, including people who use a keyboard, a screen reader, or zoom.

Our goal

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we do

  • We run automated accessibility checks on the site every week and fix what they find.
  • When we find a problem by hand, we fix it and keep a record of the change. In October 2026, for example, we fixed keyboard focus disappearing behind the header and the bar at the bottom of the order pad.

Known limitations

  • Scans and case files that labs upload are not checked for accessibility.
  • Checkout and customer accounts run on Shopify's own pages.
