Nested and cut
The blank is clamped in the mill and the units are cut from it, nested to waste as little of the disc as possible.
02 Finished
Out of the blank
Sprues removed and each unit brought to full contour.
03 Fitted
Checked on the model
Seated against its neighbours on the model before the case is packed and sent back.

Send your scan
Upload your STL, PLY, OBJ or STEP file, or a ZIP of the whole case, with the material, shade, and unit count. We handle the nesting.

Quote
We review files the same business day and email a quote with a payment link. Nothing is charged when you upload.
03
Milling
Once the quote is paid, units are nested into the disc and cut: zirconia, PMMA, or titanium. If you asked for a design review, you approve the design before anything is cut.
04
Ship
Finished units ship to your lab.
