This policy explains what HiZir LLC collects when you use this website, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

Information we collect

• Order information — name, business name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you order.
• Payment information — handled by Shopify Payments. We never see or store your full card number.
• Form submissions — the details you enter when you request a sample or ask for a quote, including the campaign code from a postcard if you arrived through one.
• Files you upload — if you send us case files for milling or printing, we store them only to produce your case.
• Usage information — standard web analytics such as pages viewed and approximate location, used to improve the site.

How we use it

To process and ship your orders, answer your questions, send you the transactional messages that belong to an order, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

We send marketing email only to people who asked for it. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers that make the store work:

• Shopify — store platform, checkout, and payments
• Amazon Web Services — website hosting, file storage, and transactional email
• Shipping carriers — to deliver your order
• Analytics providers — to measure site usage

We may also disclose information when the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as required for accounting and tax purposes. Case files uploaded for milling or printing are deleted automatically 90 days after upload.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email lab@hizir3d.com and we will respond within [CONFIRM: response window, e.g. 30 days].

Residents of certain states, including Florida and California, have additional rights over their personal information. [CONFIRM: have counsel check which state privacy laws apply to your volume of business.]

Cookies

The site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart and checkout to work, and analytics cookies that help us understand how the site is used. You can block cookies in your browser, but the cart will not work without the necessary ones.

Children

This is a business-to-business site for dental professionals. It is not directed to children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy we update the date shown at the bottom of this page.
