These terms govern your use of this website and your purchases from Hizirlab LLC ("Hizirlab", "we", "us"). By placing an order you accept them.

Who we sell to

We sell dental laboratory materials, equipment, and services to dental laboratories, dental practices, and other qualified professionals. Products are intended to be selected, processed, and used by trained personnel.

Products and professional responsibility

Our materials must be processed according to the manufacturer's published milling, sintering, and finishing parameters. You are responsible for verifying that a material is appropriate for the clinical indication, for following those parameters, and for the final restoration you produce. We do not provide clinical advice.

Product information

We work to keep descriptions, specifications, images, and prices accurate. Errors can happen. If an item's price or description is wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship. We may decline or limit an order, for example when stock runs out or when an order looks fraudulent. Prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude taxes and shipping, which are shown at checkout. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments.

Shipping, returns, and replacements

Our Shipping Policy and Returns & Replacement policy are part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images, and logos, belongs to HiZir LLC or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Files you send us

You keep ownership of the case files you send us. You grant us permission to use them only to produce your case. You confirm that you have the right to send us those files and any patient information they contain.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or order is limited to the amount you paid for that product, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including remake costs, chair time, or lost profits. Governing law

Changes
