Ti-6Al-4V — the alloy the aerospace industry runs on, at 90% titanium. Our heat-treated frameworks reach over 900 MPa yield strength with more than 8% elongation after fracture. Against cobalt-chrome it is about half the weight and roughly 200 MPa stronger in yield, it is biocompatible and hypoallergenic, and being non-magnetic it does not interfere with MRI.
The long-standing choice for porcelain work, and stiffer than titanium where you need span. Our powder runs 8.6 g/cm³ with 600 MPa yield strength and 365 HV10 hardness, rated by the manufacturer for spans up to 16 units, nickel and beryllium-free.
Both are printed layer by layer rather than cast, so there is no investment expansion and no casting shrinkage to compensate for — which is how a printed framework reaches a fit that casting cannot match.
