Where we ship

We ship within the United States from our Florida warehouse, including Alaska and Hawaii. For orders outside the United States, contact us before ordering.

Processing time

In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM ET on a business day ship the same day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on U.S. holidays ship the next business day.

Items shown as available to order but not in stock are produced or restocked before shipment. We email you the lead time when we confirm your order, before your card is charged, and we tell you right away if that date moves.

Shipping cost

Shipping is a flat rate per order:

Standard — $12.00
Express — $20.00

The rate is the same anywhere we ship in the United States, and it does not change with the size or value of your order. You choose between the two at checkout, and the exact total is always shown before you pay.

We ship with UPS. Standard orders typically arrive in 3 to 6 business days and Express in 2 to 3 business days, counted from the ship date above.

There is no minimum order and no free-shipping threshold. The flat rate is the rate, whether you order one disc or twenty.

Tracking

You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Problems with a delivery

If a package arrives damaged, or does not arrive, email lab@hizir3d.com with your order number and photographs of the packaging. See our Returns & Replacement policy for how we resolve damaged goods.
