Flexural strength and translucency as published by the manufacturer, manufactured to ISO 13356. Every series comes in 98 mm discs, 10 mm to 25 mm thick.
3D PRO
- Strength
- 650–1100 MPa
- Translucency
- 42–49%
Anterior through posterior, in one disc
Graded: the strength sits low in the disc and the translucency high, so one blank covers the cervical and the incisal.
ST
- Strength
- 1100 MPa
- Translucency
- 43%
Crowns and bridges, full-contour posteriors
Multilayer: a built-in enamel-to-dentin shade and translucency gradient.
HT
- Strength
- 1350 MPa
- Translucency
- 37%
Copings, frameworks, bridges, full arch
White, for staining and layering after sintering.
Other grades on request. We also supply UT (highest esthetics) and ST PLUS (balanced esthetics and strength) in White, Preshaded and Multilayer, and ST in White and Preshaded. They are not sold online, so email lab@hizir3d.com for specifications, shades and price.
- Ships from Florida
- Discs leave our own West Palm Beach warehouse, not an overseas drop-shipper. No customs step between the order and the bench.
- Same business day before 12 PM ET
- In-stock orders placed before noon Eastern ship the same business day.
- Priced per thickness, no minimum
- Every 3D PRO thickness carries its price on the product page, 10 mm from $47 through 25 mm at $76, and one disc costs the same per disc as twenty.
Three gradients in a single disc.
Most zirconia is one layer, or several layers that only change color. 3D PRO grades three properties at once down the height of the blank, which is why it reads closer to a natural tooth than a single-layer or simple multilayer disc.
Color
Shifts from cervical to incisal within the one disc, so the transition is in the material rather than in your staining.
Translucency
More translucent towards the incisal edge, more opaque at the cervical, the way a natural tooth reads.
Strength
Distributed gradually from top to bottom, so the strength sits where the load does.

What labs ask before a first zirconia order
- Which zirconia series does Hizirlab stock?
- Three: 3D PRO multilayer, which grades color, translucency and strength together down one disc; ST multilayer, with shade and translucency graded through the disc at 1100 MPa; and HT White for post-sinter staining.
- Can I get a grade that is not listed here, such as UT or ST PLUS?
- Yes, on request. We also supply UT (highest esthetics) and ST PLUS (balanced esthetics and strength) in White, Preshaded and Multilayer, and ST in White and Preshaded. They are not sold online, so email lab@hizir3d.com for specifications, shades and price.
- What strength and translucency is 3D PRO?
- 650-1100 MPa with 42-49% translucency, manufactured to ISO 13356. The gradient means the strength sits low in the disc and the translucency high, so one blank covers the cervical and the incisal.
- What thicknesses can I order?
- Eight: 10, 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 and 25 mm. Each thickness is its own variant with its own price, so a single-unit job does not pay for a full-arch blank.
- What diameter are the discs?
- 98 mm. Every disc we stock is 98 mm across.
- What does a 3D PRO disc cost?
- From $47 for 10 mm up to $76 for 25 mm, the same across every shade. Prices are on the product page rather than behind a quote form.
- Is there a minimum order?
- No. One disc costs the same per disc as twenty, and every order is paid at checkout.
- Where do the discs ship from, and how fast?
- From our own warehouse in West Palm Beach, Florida. In-stock orders placed before 12:00 PM ET ship the same business day. An order that includes a backordered disc is paid at checkout, and the whole order ships together once everything is in, usually within 6 weeks. Rush orders ship within 2 weeks. For details, email lab@hizir3d.com.
- Can I try a disc before ordering?
- Yes. U.S. dental labs can request one free 3D PRO sample disc, and the box includes a discount code for the first order.
- What paperwork comes with the material?
- An IdentCeram® certificate with the ceramic, and the zirconia is FDA-listed.
